Onyeche Emefiele

Onyeche Emefiele graduated from the Lagos State University, Ojo in 2004 with a Second Class (Hons) Upper Division degree in Law, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. Onyeche also holds an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, Lagos.

Onyeche began her career as a Litigation Officer with Swift & Moore (Solicitors & Legal Consultants) in Lagos and later joined Zenith Bank Plc in 2007 as a Client Service Representative, from where she was seconded to Quantum Zenith Trustees in 2009 as a Legal Officer.

Onyeche is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate Member of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA), and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) where she bagged the award for the Overall Best Graduating Student at the 2013 qualifying exams.

Anthony Adaraloye

Anthony Adaraloye, He obtained his Bachelor of Sciences Degree in 2005 from Houdegbe North American University, Cotonou, Benin Republic.

He began his career at Groove Venue Hotel, Ilorin in 2005 as an accountant. Prior to joining Quantum Zenith Trustees, he worked at Emirate Transport Company (Ilorin) and The Palms Juice Bar (Lagos). Tony is a Sponsored Individual registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

OLUWATOBI FATUKASI

Oluwatobi Fatukasi boasts a comprehensive legal background with proficiency across diverse legal domains such as litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and specialized advisory services in securitization, bond transactions, trust services, and commercial and corporate matters. Prior to joining Quantum Zenith Trustees & Investments Limited, Oluwatobi served as a State Counsel at the Akwa Ibom State Ministry of Justice, where he honed his litigation skills and provided strategic legal counsel. Subsequently, his role as an Associate at a prestigious law firm equipped him with invaluable experience in company secretarial functions and the ability to offer nuanced legal counsel across various legal domains.

Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, Oluwatobi has pursued professional training in specialized areas such as securitization, origination, blockchain technology, accounting, corporate finance, and bonds. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ACIS), and a member of the Association of Corporate Trustees. Oluwatobi’s academic accomplishments include earning a Second Class (Hons) Upper Division degree in Law, reflecting his strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence.

OMOSOMI OMAMEGBE

Omosomi Omamegbe holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the prestigious University of Lagos.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ACIS), and a member of the Association of Corporate Trustees.

Prior to joining Quantum Zenith Trustees & Investments Limited, Omosomi worked in Branch Operations and Client Services of Zenith Bank Plc.

She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015 and has gained vast experience in customer relations, corporate legal practice, trusteeship, investment banking and Compliance.
